We reserve the right to decline services for garments or projects that cannot be completed to our quality standards or that may pose a risk of damage due to the condition, age, or construction of the item.

Prices displayed on our website are provided as estimates or starting prices and are subject to change without notice.

Final pricing may vary based on factors including but not limited to:

• Fabric and material

• Complexity of alterations

• Required labor and time

A final quote may be provided after evaluating the garment in person.

Appointments are recommended to ensure timely service; however, walk-in customers are welcome.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we kindly request advance notice whenever possible.

Clients are responsible for attending fittings in the appropriate undergarments, footwear, and accessories necessary to achieve the desired fit.

Personalized Fit Alterations is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from changes in footwear, undergarments, body measurements, or garment usage after alterations have been completed.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving alteration requests during fittings and consultations.

Once work has been completed according to the agreed-upon specifications, additional modifications may be subject to additional charges.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For certain specialty projects, bridal alterations, custom work, or large orders, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Customers are encouraged to pick up completed garments promptly upon notification.

Garments left unclaimed for more than ninety (30) days after notification may be considered abandoned. Personalized Fit Alterations reserves the right to donate, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned garments at its discretion.

While we exercise the utmost care and professionalism in handling every garment, Personalized Fit Alterations shall not be held liable for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Existing damage, defects, or weaknesses in fabric

• Manufacturer defects

• Shrinkage, discoloration, or damage resulting from prior wear or cleaning

• Damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the alteration service performed.

Bridal gowns, formalwear, vintage garments, heirloom items, and specialty fabrics may require additional handling and alterations.

Due to the unique nature of these garments, customers acknowledge that certain modifications may involve inherent risks. Our team will discuss these risks prior to beginning work whenever applicable.
