To participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program:

• Customers must possess a valid Personalized Fit Alterations Loyalty Card.

• Personalized Fit Alterations Loyalty Card is FREE of charge and can be obtained upon your purchase.

• The loyalty card holder must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• Loyalty rewards are available only for qualifying alteration and tailoring services as determined by Personalized Fit Alterations.

• Stamps are awarded only at the time qualifying services are purchased and completed.

Card Ownership

The Personalized Fit Alterations Loyalty Card is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name appears on the card.

Proof of identity may be requested at the time of redemption.

• Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction.

• Discounts apply only to qualifying alteration and tailoring services.

• Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, gift cards, store credit, or refunds.

• Rewards cannot be applied to previous purchases.

• Rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, special offers, or loyalty rewards unless otherwise approved by Personalized Fit Alterations.

• One stamp is awarded per qualifying item serviced.

• Stamps may only be earned through eligible purchases.

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced loyalty cards may result in the loss of accumulated stamps.

• Personalized Fit Alterations is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

• The loyalty card may be used only once per day, per qualifying item.

• Any duplicated, altered, reproduced, counterfeit, or unauthorized copies of a loyalty card are invalid and will not be accepted.

• Employees, contractors, or individuals otherwise affiliated with Personalized Fit Alterations may be excluded from participation at management's discretion.

The Loyalty Rewards Program is intended for individual customer use only and may not be used for:

• Commercial purposes

• Business-to-business transactions

• Resale activities

• Group purchases intended to circumvent program rules

Personalized Fit Alterations reserves the right to deny, suspend, revoke, or terminate participation if fraudulent activity, abuse of the program, or violations of these terms are suspected.

Personalized Fit Alterations reserves the right to modify, suspend, interpret, or discontinue the Loyalty Rewards Program, including its benefits, rewards, eligibility requirements, and terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
